One Six jewellery is crafted with great care, superior craftsmanship and the finest materials only. Our warranty covers each piece of ready to wear fine jewellery that has been created entirely by One Six.

We strongly recommend that you insure your fine jewellery against damage, loss and theft.

Custom Orders:
All custom, bespoke and made-to-order jewellery are non-returnable and non-refundable. However if you have any issues please do contact us and we’d be more than happy to assist.

Ownership and risk of the product will pass to you on delivery. We strongly recommend having your jewellery insured and can provide you with details of our preferred insurance providers upon request.

 

Warranty:
Your One Six jewellery, excluding all centre stones, is under warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects under normal use, after such defects have been confirmed by us. This warranty expressly excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, improper use, intentional damage and loss of centre stones.

We will clean, inspect and service your One Six jewellery for as long as you own the item. Nominal charges will be incurred for re-plating and renewal services.

 

Conditions of Warranty:
To maintain the efficacy of this warranty, the following stipulations must be met:

• This warranty is void if any work is undertaken by a third party on the jewellery as One Six can no longer verify or guarantee the work carried out.

• Your One Six jewellery must be inspected every 6 months. A record of this will be issued and this allows us to ensure that we provide regular and proper maintenance for it.

• This warranty applies to the original owner of the merchandise only. It is non-transferable in any way whatsoever.

 

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase, as indicated by the invoice issue date, for any ready-to-wear items.

To be eligible for return and a full refund, your item must be unused and in the original packaging, and a purchase invoice, receipt or proof of payment must be presented.

Fine Jewellery is delicate. Diamonds, while hard, are not indestructible. Jewellery worn in a rough manner, i.e being knocked, dropped, or worn while exercising, gardening, and other manual tasks may suffer damage beyond repair. We ask our customers to use sound judgement in exercising good maintenance practice to avoid such damage.
